Linda Pendleton's poem: Hear The Echo

Can you hear the echo?
Do you hear the call?
Listen!–it rumbles through the canyon,
bounces off the wall;
The voices, loud and clear,
sending forth their love,
stroking, caressing gently, oh so softly,
fondly, from above.
Can you send an echo
right out of your heart?
Shout it, give it to the stars!–
singing never shall we part!
Do you hear the singing?
Meditate and pray–
Listen! You are not apart!
Can't you hear what they say?
